1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to our standard shipping schedule.
2. How long will shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 4–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. We currently ship only within the United States.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your returned items. A prepaid return label is included in your package, and there are no restocking fees. For exchanges, include a note with the product you’d like in exchange.
